Outdoor Kickboxing

Service Description

UJJ is heading outside for some kickboxing fun in the sun! Learn boxing and kicking combinations combined and have fun getting fit. Enjoy the music, weather and learn self-defense with us in Maplewood, MN For participants 5 through 9 years old, parent participation is required. Bring water and gloves. If you don't have gloves we will have some to purchase. A yoga mat or blanket is recommended for certain exercises. On days that are not favorable we will have class in the UJJ studio.
