Yoga with Shontel

This ain't your typical yoga scene; it's a journey to unwind and reconnect with your roots. We're not just talking about stretching and releasing tension – it's about tapping into the peace within your soul. As you flow through poses, let your body sink into relaxation, but also let your spirit soar.

The price is $20 for this session. Cash is preferred. However, Venmo and Cash App is excepted.

Yoga mats and blocks will be provided. Feel free to bring your own if you would like to.

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for a yoga class.

There will be no shoes on the mats.
