Women's Self-Defense Seminar

We insure our homes, vehicles, businesses, health, and more. Self-defense training is akin to ensuring our personal safety. Various methods exist for self-defense, including the use of lethal and non-lethal weapons. However, there may be situations where accessing a weapon is not possible. In such cases, it is crucial to be prepared to act as your own defense mechanism.

What to expect

Participants will be taught basic striking and grappling techniques for both standing and ground situations, along with strategies for navigating various self-defense scenarios. While there are many martial arts styles known for their effectiveness, their true efficacy lies in consistent and proper practice. This workshop will emphasize fundamental and straightforward techniques, aiming for simplicity and practicality.
