5th Degree American Taekwondo Black Belt and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt Professor Riser will be teaching his unique blend of martial arts self-defense techniques. You do not need to have any experience to participate. The class will focus on practical maneuvers with some moderate/advanced demonstrations.
Stick around after class to enjoy wine (or Root Beer) and listen to a local favorite band, Riverside Unplugged! Winnesota Wonder food truck will have an assortment of food that will surely pair well with your drinks.
