Self Defense at LEI

We put insurance on our homes, vehicles, businesses, health, etc. Self-defense lessons are like having an insurance policy on our personal safety. There are many ways to defense yourself. One way involves the use of lethal and non-lethal weapons. But it's true that you may not always be able to get to your weapon. That's when you need to become the weapon!

For ages 12 and up.

What to expect

You will learn simple strikes and hold escapes from standing and from the ground. behavioral techniques that will address how to make it out of different self-defense scenarios. While it's true that there's a variety of martial arts systems that are very effective, the fact is that they are most effective when practiced correctly and regularly. This seminar will focus on basic, easy techniques. Simple and practical will be the focus for this seminar.
