Friday Outdoor Kickboxing Class

UJJ is heading outside for some kickboxing fun in the sun! Learn boxing and kicking combinations combined with light strength training and a stretching cool down. Enjoy the music, weather and learn self-defense with us in Oakdale, MN.

For participants 3 through 7 years old, parent participation is required.  Bring water and gloves. If you don't have gloves we will have some to purchase. A yoga mat or blanket is recommended for certain exercises.
