United Jiu Jitsu and High Five Fit will be taking part in the ERN the Burn-Health and Wellness Event
We have been invited to Lake Phalen's Picnic Pavilion for the Saint Paul Fire Department's ERN the Burn. This is a family friendly event that is fun and free. The Employee Resource Network (ERN) Is hosting a FREE 5K starting at 8 AM as well as other great activities at Lake Phalen in St. Paul MN. UJJ along with High Five Fit will be doing demos and teaching classes from 9:30AM to 12:45PM. There will be a food truck at the event with a brunch menu.
