30 for Freedom- 5K and Fun Run 2025

Make a difference this summer! Join us on Saturday, August 2 at Colby Lake Park in Woodbury (Valley Creek Rd entrance) for our Woodbury Chapter's 5k and Kids Run with 30 for Freedom!

This event is for all runners, walkers, prancers, stroller-pushers, and anything in between for people of all ages. Roller blades, scooters, bikes, and other non-motorized vehicles are also welcome (helmet is required).

All finishers will receive a medal!
