30 for Freedom- 5K and Fun Run 2024

Make a difference this summer! Join us on Saturday, July 13 at Colby Lake Park in Woodbury (Valley Creek Rd entrance) for our Woodbury Chapter's 5k and Kids Run with 30 for Freedom!

This event is for all runners, walkers, prancers, stroller-pushers, and anything in between for people of all ages. Roller blades, scooters, bikes, and other non-motorized vehicles are also welcome.

All finishers will receive a medal!

This event is made possible by our generous sponsors. A portion of each registration will be donated to fighting human trafficking around the globe in partnership with 30 for Freedom and Venture.org.

Additional fundraising is available and encouraged!

Race fees:

o Early registration - before June 15 (includes t-shirt) - $35

o Registration after June 15 - $45

o Kids fun-run - $16 (includes t-shirt and medal)

Day-of schedule as follows:

o 8:00 – Check-in and late registration opens, sponsor area open

o 9:00 – Kids fun-run begins

o 9:15 – 5k rally

o 9:30 – 5k start
