UJJ's Junior Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class

Service Description

Students will learn standing self-defense and go in depth into ground techniques. The Junior level classes will incorporate elements of Wrestling, Judo and Kickboxing along with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The student's progression will be based on their knowledge of the ground techniques. Supporting student guiding material is available for UJJ students in the form of videos and PDF. This class may run simultaneously with UJJ Online Virtual Classes.
